CMM Staff will bring all supplies to your location, provide paint instructions, clean up, bring tiles back to studio after event to be fired. Tiles will be ready in 2-3 weeks later for pick up in studio. (depending on how many were painted)
Total cost = Cost of tiles + Staff Assistance Fee
Cost of Tiles
$18 for 4 inch tile
$20 for 6 inch tile
$22 per 8 inch tile.
School can sell tiles for any amount you like and please presell. Schools usually do not sell many tiles if they do not presell and events usually tend to get cancelled without preselling.
**we do need a minimum of 75 tiles sold to come to the event**
Staff Assistance Fee ($120 for two staff members)
This is the fee for us to send staff for a maximum of 2 hours to your event. 2 staff members are needed for 75 painters +
Staff will bring all the tiles and supplies, help set up, give instructions to painters, clean up, and bring the tiles back to the studio for glazing and firing.
Best to have painters pre- sketch what they want to do on a piece of paper prior to the event, so the day of painting they can start painting right away.
Even with our staff assistance, we recommend you ask Parents/Teachers to volunteer to help with check-in/passing out paints at these events. Especially if you are having a large number of painters.
Please have tables that painters will be at covered with paper on the day of event.
